Colt Woodsman Bullseye Match Target Serial Number MT13722
Ordnance Inspected, U.S. Navy Shipment

Colt Woodsman Bullseye Match Target .22 LR serial number 13722 - pistol has blue finish and later brown plastic stocks.  It is one of the WWII US Military issue pistols and was sold to the United States Government and shipped to the Officer in Charge, Naval Supply Depot (U.S. Navy), Norfolk, VA in a shipment of 300 pistols on October 4, 1943. Note ordnance wheel located on left side of frame under "THE WOODSMAN" logo. Pistol has an original two piece kraft box numbered to another pistol with original Colt sight adjustment screwdriver and factory sight instructions hang tag.

Colt Woodsman Bullseye Match Target .22 LR serial number 13722 - front grip strap showing serial number.  On these later examples, there is no grip screw hole on the front strap.

Colt Woodsman Bullseye Match Target .22 LR original box - this box is an original Colt military kraft two piece box that accompanied this pistol, but numbered to another gun.  The serial number appears to be 13886.
