This pistol was manufactured in 1941 but delivered in 1942.
It has no inspection or acceptance marks. Pistol was shipped
either July 25, 1942 or August 3, 1942 to the Commanding
Officer, Springfield Armory.
Left side of receiver lacks an inspector
mark.
